Hello, I'm Connie, and I'm a licensed massage therapist that has been practicing massage therapy since graduating from Georgia Massage School. As a massage therapist, I've always been interested in how the body works and found that I really enjoyed helping people relax, recover and feel better.
I specialize in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and I've received advanced training and certification in the most recent education available in Manual Lymphatic Drainage Training - Vodder Technique as well as Pre & Post Operative Lymphatic Drainage, Oncology and Complete Decongestive Therapy. I also have the knowledge and skills to perform the following modalities including Swedish massage, Myofascial Release, Orthopedic & Sports Massage among others to help clients with a variety of conditions.
Our bodies go through repetitive stress injuries, these are injuries that occur due to repetitive movement, and massage can help with this. I have the benefit of personal insight of post-surgical recovery and understand our body’s healing process. I'm a firm believer in the power of touch, and massage therapy is a great way to promote not just relaxation and stress reduction, but also aid in pain relief as well as aid in a faster recovery.
