I grew up on a ranch in Kaycee, Wyoming, and played college basketball at Northwest College. After discovering my passion for helping others recover and perform at their best, I trained in massage therapy in Fort Collins, Colorado, and have been a Certified Massage Therapist since 2020.
Before moving to Sheridan, I specialized in medical massage at the Spine and Injury Clinic in Laramie. My focus is on injury recovery, sports performance, and deep tissue lymphatic drainage, helping clients feel stronger, healthier, and more mobile.
