Brooke combines her background in both massage therapy and esthetics to provide a thoughtful, whole-body approach to wellness. She is a graduate of the Blue Sky School of Professional Massage and Therapeutic Bodywork and the Institute of Beauty and Wellness.
Passionate about holistic health and helping clients feel their best, Brooke believes the body has an incredible capacity to heal when given the right support. Her goal is to create a space where you can slow down, unwind, and experience lasting relief from the stresses of daily life.
Brooke is trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities, including lymphatic massage, deep tissue massage, cupping therapy, facial massage, facial lymphatic drainage, and buccal massage. Every session is thoughtfully customized to your unique needs, blending therapeutic techniques with a calming, restorative experience. The neck, shoulders, face, and jaw are some of her favorite areas to focus on, as they are often where stress, tension, and inflammation accumulate most.
