At Restore & Rise Massage Therapy, I believe healing begins when we create space for the body to relax, recover, and restore balance. With over 26 years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist, I provide personalized therapeutic massage treatments designed to reduce pain, relieve tension, improve mobility, and support overall well-being.
Whether you're dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury or surgery, managing the physical demands of an active lifestyle, or simply carrying the stress of everyday life, each session is tailored to your individual needs and goals.
My approach combines clinical knowledge with compassionate care, creating a comfortable environment where clients can let go of tension, reconnect with their bodies, and move toward feeling their best. Many clients describe their sessions as both therapeutic and deeply relaxing.
I work with a wide range of clients, including athletes, desk workers, laborers, chronic pain sufferers, motor vehicle accident patients, veterans, and pre- and post-surgical patients.

Please note that appointments are scheduled as clinical hours to allow time for consultation, assessment, and treatment planning. Hands-on treatment times are approximately 25 minutes for a 30-minute session, 53 minutes for a 60-minute session, and 83 minutes for a 90-minute session.
