CANCELLATION POLICY: Please give us 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Less than 24 hours may require a deposit to book future appointments. No show will require you to prepay for any future appointments. Please understand that less than 24 hours notice, usually does not provide us enough time to give your appointment to another client.
LATE POLICY: If you are late for your scheduled session, your therapist will end at the originally scheduled end time, and you will still be required to pay for the full service. We may choose to give you the full service time on a case by case basis, this will be at the discretion of your therapist and their schedule for the day.
