Welcome! My hope is to provide a space for mental and physical Rest, and Recovery with a non-pharmacological approach to pain management. Did you know that 80% of the pain people experience is caused by soft tissue? My approach to bodywork is to work WITH you to address the symptoms you are experiencing.
My education: I attended National Holistic Institute where I completed 14 months of a Neuromuscular Massage Therapy program along with a traditional Massage Therapy Program. I plan to continue my education with additional courses to expand my knowledge.
I truly believe we cannot pour from an empty cup, so we must fill ours first! Remember; you only get one body in this lifetime, take care of it and invest in it. Hope to see you soon.
