Renewal Massage and Energy Work provides therapeutic massage and energy work to help individuals with emotional and physical pain. Massage and energy work can be beneficial for stress, anxiety, depression, muscular tension, pain, and etc. Fun fact: one hour of Swedish massage can be equivalent to 3 hours of REM sleep. Currently, Renewal Massage and Energy Work offers a custom massage tailored to a client's needs and goals which can include swedish massage techniques to provide relaxation and help loosen muscles and/or therapeutic massage techniques to help provide pain management and break up muscle adhesions. Other services provided are prenatal massage, passive stretching and reiki. At no extra cost, you can have hot towels, cupping, hot stones and CBD oil added into your massage session. These tools can help pain and release muscular tension in addition to the massage.
