Craniosacral, Polarity and Massage Therapy offer an opportunity to step back from everyday responsibilities, pause, and listen to what is inside. I have been practicing some form of bodywork since 1985 and continue to be amazed and delighted by the wisdom that our body holds. Using a combination of mindfulness and bodywork, I hope to help my clients gain insights into their being which will allow a fuller and more balanced expression of their life force.
