I have 24 (!) years of massage experience and specialize in medical massage to correct specific issues using an integrative technique combining deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point, stretching and others. I provide trauma-informed care and especially enjoy working with populations such as elder clients, LBGTQIA, scoliosis and other postural issues, and headache/migraine sufferers. I believe in quality vs quantity care and strive to bring my best bodywork in order to help my clients feel better as soon as possible so they can continue living their best life! Deep listening and collaboration between my clients and myself help to achieve this.
