The main focus is on relaxation techniques that reduce pain and stress, while restoring mobility and improving overall body functions. This is accomplished through a variety of therapeutic massage styles which include Swedish, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Release and Deep Tissue Massage. Sessions may also incorporate Hot or Cold Stones and other modalities like Cupping, Hydrotherapy, Aromatherapy, Paraffin Dip and Reiki.
Each custom crafted session is a blend of whatever is required to support your individual needs at that moment. These therapies are wonderful on their own, but they are also the perfect complement to traditional medical treatments.
