Hi. I am Sarah Sexton, LMT.  In 2013, I graduated from IvyTech with an associates degree in Therapeutic Massage. Since then, I have taken hundreds of hours of workshops to increase my knowledge of massage techniques. I have thousands of hours of hands-on experience with a diverse range of clients. I am truly so grateful for the honor of helping others. As a licensed massage therapist my goal is to assist you in meeting your goals of pain management, increased range of motion, stress relief, and relaxation in a safe, comfortable space.  Holding space for each client is very important to me. I believe everybody has unique needs and massage should never be a 'one size fits all' approach. My style is a little different, my approach is crafting unique sessions to meet individual needs for each client every time they book an appointment. I integrate a wide range of techniques that have studied over the last 10 years, to keep your body at optimal function, alleviate pain, reduce discomfort, and help you relax. I am extensively trained in cupping therapy, sports, therapeutic, myofascial release, orthopedic massage, trigger point, deep tissue, Swedish, medical massage, and more techniques. Most of my sessions include a mix of these techniques with movement and stretching. I truly believe everyone deserves downtime and self-care so you can live your life to the fullest.
