I run a privately owned massage business located inside Adagio Spa at 183 and N Lamar. I attended East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland OR, and received my license in 2007. I truly believe in the healing and changing power of massage. I specialize in therapeutic and structural deep tissue, and myofascial cupping therapy. If you're in persistent pain, have aggravating knots, or need to simply relax, I'm your girl. I work with my client to devise the perfect treatment plan to fit their needs. Communication is of the utmost importance.
I also perform post-surgical Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage and Deep Tissue Scar Therapy. MLD gently removes lymph and fluid build up, giving you smoother results with a much quicker healing time.
I also perform Prenatal, Hot Stone, and Swedish massage.
