Founder & CEO, PRISM Bodywork & Wellness
With nearly two decades of experience in therapeutic bodywork, I guide women and teens from a place of chronic pain, PTSD, anxiety, or depression toward renewed vitality and wholeness. My approach integrates intuitive touch with energy work, breathwork, and guided visualization—creating a complete healing experience that addresses body, mind, and spirit.
My own healing journey began at the age of 18 after a near-death experience in a nearly fatal car accident, where I discovered my spiritual gifts. Afterward, I felt firsthand the transformative power of therapeutic bodywork and energy healing. This personal experience drives my passion for helping others find natural, holistic paths to healing, especially when traditional methods haven't provided relief.

Healing Arts Practitioner
My practice flows from a place of deep listening and presence, weaving together therapeutic massage, mindful movement, and ancient healing modalities. I create a nurturing space where women and teens can shed layers of tension and defense, returning to their natural state of fluidity and grace.
Through personalized sessions incorporating deep tissue massage, craniosacral work, reiki, and private yoga instruction, I guide you back to your body's innate wisdom. Each treatment is thoughtfully crafted to support your unique path to wellness, helping you release long-held patterns and rediscover your authentic self.
