Founder & CEO, PRISM Bodywork & Wellness
My healing journey began at the age of 18 after a near-death experience in a nearly fatal car accident, where I was initiated into the world of spirituality and discovered my healing gifts. Afterward, I felt firsthand the transformative power of therapeutic bodywork and energy healing. This personal experience drives my passion for helping others find natural, holistic paths to healing, especially when traditional methods haven't provided relief.
With over two decades of experience in therapeutic bodywork and energy work, I'm a certififed Medicine Woman trained by the Sapara indigenous tribe in the Amazon jungle, a Licensed Massage Therapist with a Bachelor's degree in Health Science and minor in Psychology, a Reiki Master Teacher trained in three different schools of Reiki, and a mentor and spiritual guide for those seeking deeper healing from chronic pain, PTSD, anxiety, or depression toward renewed vitality and wholeness.
Additional trainings include certification from the Heart Math Institute, Advanced Thai Massage learned in the jungles of Thailand, and Yoga Nidra meditation from Sage Yoga & Wellness in Boise, Idaho.
I created, practice, and teach the PRISM Method, which integrates several healing modalities with intuitive touch, energy work, breathwork, and guided visualization—creating a complete healing experience that addresses body, mind, and spirit.
