Cancellation/Late Policy
New clients will be asked to pay a 50% deposit via Venmo or Zelle at the time of booking. If you cancel 48 hours before your appointment, a full refund will be given. After 48 hours, your deposit will be used as a cancellation fee.
If you will be late, please let me know as soon as possible. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your session may be canceled or shortened due to conflicting appointments and refunds will not be issued.
