As an experienced therapist and yoga instructor with specialized expertise in fascia, I integrate customized bodywork, breath, and mindfulness to help you optimize performance and recovery. Because your body inherently knows how to heal, my role is to assist it in remembering and returning to its natural state through the transformation of physical and emotional trauma.

Clinical, strategic bodywork for injury/surgery recovery, postural realignment, and chronic pain.
