With the training I received from Concorde Career College in 2013 I earned my credentials in Massage Therapy. My desire to help improve the lifestyle of those around drove me to hone my techniques in Eastern and Western massage styles. Everyday stress , anxiety, pain and unrest can take a toll on the body in more ways than one. I offer an array of techniques that are incorporated into the session so this isn't a basic massage. Your body is never the same each day . The body constantly changes.  I want to cater every massage to the changes it experiences to  achieve body awareness, relief, relaxation. Educating others about massage,  the benefits, and debunking false content  is also passion due to the many misconceptions about it. I hope not only to heal but educate about various way of self - care through quality care.  Services range from Massage , Stretching , Chair Massage and more.
