Hi! My name is Penelope Winks, but my friends call me Penny, and so can you! I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, and I can incorporate Myofascial Release, Assisted Stretching, Cupping, Table Shiatsu and Craniosacral therapies into your 30-minute, 60-minute or 90-minute session.
I am a Certified Holistic Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist trained in Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT) which includes Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Compression Therapy, Exercise, Skin Care and Self-care Management. Online, you may schedule and prepay for a lymphatic new patient evaluation, which every new lymphatic patient is required to have before beginning a treatment plan for any lymphedema/lymphatic related therapies. I can also add multi-layer short-stretch bandaging to your Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage session as an add-on service. For those with mobility issues I have hydraulic tables to raise and lower for ease and also chair massage and mat Zen Shiatsu (acupuncture with fingers instead of needles!).
I am an accredited VA provider through the VA Care in the Community program, and I love serving our veterans who have served us! I am located on the ground floor. There is a parking lot in the back of the building with handicap parking. I have constructed a treatment room that can accommodate walkers and/or wheelchairs and there is handicap accessible restrooms as well.
Although I can provide restful relaxation massages, my passion is to help my clients be the healthiest versions of themselves both physically and emotionally through therapeutic massage.
