I do not accept any insurances, but I can print off a receipt for you to present to your insurance company. I off a 50% Discount for First Responders. I also accept HSA cards. - Less than 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Client is responsible for 50%
- No show or missed appointment. Client is responsible for 100%
- Late arrivals - arriving late for a service may require shortening the length of the treatment client is responsible for payment in full.
