Welcome to Peace & Calm Massage where a holistic approach to health is necessary and massage therapy is a key to maintaining overall wellness.
Massage therapy isn't just about "pushing on muscles to make the knots go away". An important factor to consider is your state of mind while receiving the service. If the mind is stressed, the body holds tension. By providing a soothing and peaceful environment, you can unwind your mind and allow your muscles to calm and any knots to let go.
The amount of pressure whether it's light, medium, firm or deep tissue, will be determined during your consultation. You may choose if you want: upper body only, full body, or only specific areas to be worked on (ex: back,feet&hands;) as well. It is YOUR massage, designed for YOU.

-Please let me know if the pressure/technique needs to be adjusted at any time during the massage.
-You do not need to provide conversation however, light conversation is welcome as long as the volume is kept low.
-Lastly, please do not worry about whether you have shaved your legs or not! It truly makes no difference to me!
*If you want to book an appointment for someone else, an account needs to be made using their name/email/phone number. Do not book the appointment under your name please! Or, a gift certificate may be purchased, and the client can use this to book themselves. If you have credits that you'd like to use to pay for someone else's session, please contact me so I can make the appointment&transfer the credit. Thank you!*
**All appointments made over the phone and online will require prepayment to secure the appointment. This is to cover any no call/no-shows or less than 24 hour cancelations. Exceptions are at the sole discretion of the therapist.**
