Bethany weaves together body, mind, and spirit in her massage and bodywork. Her meditative sessions are customized to each individual and may include reiki, breath work, craniosacral therapy, thai yoga massage, deep tissue, neuromuscular techniques, and swedish massage. Her intention is to tune in and facilitate your inner healing potential. From subtle energy to deep tissue, Bethany aims to provide deep relaxation and relief from chronic stress and pain so you can live a life of wellness and vitality.
Bethany became interested in the body’s ability to heal itself over a decade ago as she was working at the local health food store. This curiosity inspired her to explore the connection between the healing power of food, the earth, and the body which led her to working part time at a local organic biodynamic farm. During the same time, she began practicing yoga, meditation, and studying concepts of Eastern religion and philosophy. She is committed to living a life of wellness and inspiration, and loves to share this through her work.
In 2014, Bethany completed both a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training at the Yoga Place and her Certificate in Massage Therapy from Stark State, becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist in early 2015. She has continued to follow her passion of studying the body, healing, and wellness by becoming attuned to Reiki 1 with Bob Goerke in 2016, trained in Thai Yoga Basics in 2017 at the Studio Cleveland, certified in CranioSacral Therapy 1 by the Upledger Institute in 2020, and is currently completing her training in Gua Sha Facial Massage with Sudio Britta, as well as a second 200hr Yoga Teacher Training with Yoga Strong.
