Nurture the One Within
One Within Healing Arts is an invitation to show up, drop in and surrender. My intention is to create a safe, comfortable and healing space for you. Since the human body is constantly changing, your needs may change as well. After our initial consultation together we will create a perfect session for you based on what your body’s needs are for healing and restoration. During our work together we will bring awareness to the body and mind. Everyone is unique and requires something different, which means each session is very personal.
While we move so quick within society we often forget the importance of taking time to heal, to embrace, to forgive and to celebrate. During our sessions together this is a chance to reconnect, restore and commune with the one within.
