Myofascial release is the leading edge treatment for recovering from injury, surgery, illness, stress, anxiety and depression. Once you have accomplished that, it's a means by which you can then thrive! You can achieve levels of power and ease in your body you haven't felt since you were a kid.

My mentor is John F. Barnes who is a pioneer in this field and who helped us all discover that if treatments are painful, the body won't let go. He also innovated the practice of myofascial release by acknowledging that the connective tissue of the body (called fascia) is ubiquitous throughout the body contacting, connecting and communicating with every other system in the human body. This organ is the primary means by which we respond to danger. Over time, your body can become so tightly squeezed that things start to scream for relief. Easing the squeeze is my primary goal and truly the very first step if you are first trying to do no harm.

I became a student of this work in 2003. In 2015 I wrote a book about this phenomenal healing practice. "Touching Light: How to Heal Your Fiber-Optic Fascia".

My own experience of injury and healing and my many years of practice has informed my intuition and mastery of myofascial release. I receive this work myself every week and still find it to be the most valuable tool I know for healing.
