Providing prenatal and postpartum moms with bodywork needed to help them prepare for birth, and recover from birth. Our practice focuses on extensive care of the birthing person. Our experienced therapists help with managing the aches and pains that come with pregnancy and also helping Mom and baby be ready for the work ahead. Postpartum we help the body heal, recover and strengthen from all the work it just did.
