About Jennifer
I’m Jennifer Crump, a Licensed Massage Therapist and the owner of North Country Massage Therapy, PLLC. I specialize in medical massage therapy for pain management, chronic conditions, and musculoskeletal dysfunction, with a focus on providing thoughtful, individualized care.
My approach to massage therapy is treatment-focused rather than relaxation-based. Each session is guided by clinical assessment, client history, and how the body responds over time—not a one-size-fits-all routine. I work intentionally and allow adequate time before and after sessions to plan care, document progress, and avoid rushing clients back-to-back.
I frequently work with clients experiencing chronic pain, injury-related issues, fibromyalgia, and ongoing tension patterns. Pressure and techniques are always adjusted to what is medically appropriate and effective, including lighter-pressure approaches when indicated.
As a solo practitioner, I value continuity of care and often collaborate with other healthcare providers—such as primary care, chiropractic, and physical therapy offices—when appropriate, to support a client’s overall treatment plan.
Sessions are treatment-focused and individualized, with an emphasis on addressing the underlying causes of pain and movement restrictions rather than providing relaxation-only massage. Care is tailored to each client’s specific needs and tolerance, and may include a range of therapeutic techniques selected based on clinical assessment.
While my practice is primarily focused on medical massage, wellness massage services are also available on a limited basis for clients seeking general relaxation.

Medical massage therapy may be eligible for reimbursement through Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) with a Letter of Medical Necessity. Eligibility is determined by individual plans.
