I will provide you with knowledge of self-administered pain management tools such as stretching and strengthening exercises, and the use of heat or cold therapy, which will help you get the most out of each treatment. It is important that you are heard, and that each massage is customized to meet your individual needs. My goal is that you leave each session satisfied, and confident that you have the information and resources to support your physical goals between appointments.
