Hi! I've been practicing massage therapy for over 17 years. I started off at a chiropractic office as a chiropractic assistant. Over the 6 1/2 years at the chiropractor's office, I gained a knowledge and respect for everyday life and it's effects on the body.
When I started on my own pursuing massage, a few wonderful ladies took me in and gave me a space to continue my journey. I've been practicing in Bearden, at Bearden Hill Wellness, for over 11 years.
I am a mom of four littles❤️. I am blessed to be able to be in my kids' lives so closely and be able to continue massage with a limited schedule. Now, I have found another space to grow my business! I stumbled upon Salon Suites in Karns, just down the street from my neighborhood. This new location will allow me to open up more days for clients and even take in some 'emergency' patients.
Starting in a chiropractic office gave me a great foundation for understanding proper body mechanics and the role massage can play with helping clients. I think all healthcare fields should be working together to find root causes to everyday aches and pains, instead of letting medications take the leading role.
My goal is to provide deep tissue techniques to those who are tight and limited in mobility, Swedish techniques for calming and rejuvenation, and sports massage for athletes and those working on their fitness goals. I am able to provide comforting and much needed massage for soon to be moms and their littles of all ages.
