M.Y. Bodywork has a certified practitioner in Massage Therapy and is certified in 200 hr. Yoga teaching, established February 2025. It is located in the beautiful town of Grand Rapids MN. At M.Y. Bodywork, we offer natural healing options such as massage, cupping, hot stones, and yoga that help create balance in life and promote preventative and ongoing healing. We work with all types of clients, but focus continuing education on working with people in the amputee community, to develop research in the effects of massage for amputee rehabilitation. We work to provide alternative or additional rehabilitation tools, outside of the standard tools provided by western medicine. Each massage is fully customized to the client, based on their personal goals, needs, and medical background. We strive to keep the products we use and the environment as natural and toxic free as possible. M.Y. Bodywork is a warm and comfortable environment that allows for clients to come early or stay after treatment to meditate or just relax with a tea bar and a space designed for meditation. Group classes are offered in Yoga, Infant massage, and partner massage techniques, providing education to the community to bring healing home with them.
