I am a Licensed Massage Therapist located in West Plains Missouri who specializes in medical massage, sports massage, neuromuscular/trigger point therapy, deep tissue therapy, cupping, and scraping. I also offer lymphatic drainage massage, prenatal massage, lomi lomi, relaxation, PNF stretching, and myo-fascial release. My committed approach to massage therapy is to first relax my client’s nervous systems so the muscles will respond better to the work being done. Then to address myo-fascial restrictions, trigger points, hypertonic muscles, scar tissue, inflammation, injuries, and medical conditions within my scope of practice. Getting stagnant toxins to filter through the body appropriately, stimulating the lymphatic system, increasing circulation, and improving immune function are all inevitably part of each massage session. Each body is unique in its own way and will respond to treatments differently. Part of my job is to learn your body and figure out what kind of treatment is best for your unique healing process!
