My spa room is in my home, so we have the flexibility to decide which modalities/techniques will meet your needs during your session.
My intention is to help you relax into a parasympathetic state so that your body and mind can heal.
Most therapeutic sessions include Swedish massage, lymphatic drainage therapy, aromatherapy, heated oil, essential oils, hot towels, hot stones, cupping, and your choice of music.
