We appreciate your adherence to the following booking and cancellation policies to ensure excellent customer service!
Monday-Thursday Booking & Cancellation Policies:
No deposit is due at the time of booking for appointments scheduled Monday-Thursday. To avoid pre-payments for M-Th appointments, we request a minimum of 24 hr. notice in the event you need to cancel or your appointment. This enables us to fill the appointment and get you rescheduled ASAP.
Friday- Sunday Booking & Cancellation Policies:
- Appointments scheduled Friday-Sunday must be paid in full at the time of booking
- Cancellations received more than 7 days prior to scheduled appointment will receive 75% refund
- Cancellations received 3-7 days prior to scheduled appointment will receive 50% refund
- Cancellations received within 48 hours or without notice will be subject to the full service price
