Hi I am a licensed massage therapist and a graduate from the Center of Natural Wellness. I am pursuing a dual master's degree in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine at Pacific College of Health Science. I hold a Bachelors degree in Psychology and Law from Sage College in Albany. This truly laid the foundation for my understanding of the mind-body connection.
This journey into the world of wellness was ignited through personal curiosity and it has blossomed into my life passion. I'm dedicated to integrating massage therapy and holistic practices into everyday life and I believe preventative care is the cornerstone of a joyful, healthy, balanced life.
