Hi! I'm Emily, I specialize in personalized deep tissue and recovery and I want to help you feel your best! I utilize both Western techniques and Eastern modalities, such as Sports Therapy, Myofascial Therapy (MFT), Neuromuscular, Myoskeletal, ART, Lymphatic, CrainioSacral, Shiatsu, and Swedish. I am certified to offer Prenatal Massage to expectant moms and I am a Reiki and Access Bars Consciousness practitioner. I integrate various tools in my work which helps to unlock the fascia and release stubborn adhesions or scar tissue, such as: Percussive Therapy, IASTM, Myofacial Decompression (Cupping), Voodo Floss Bands, KT Taping, Sound Bowls, Tuning Forks, Magnesium oil, CBD oil, and Hot Stones.
I am also a certified Health Educator and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programing) Life Transformation Coach. I am passionate about molecular hydrogen hydration education, and a huge fan of the Science of Differentiation, aka the Human Design system. I'm an avid learner, a curious student of life, and I am committed to investing in both my continued education and in expanding my awareness, perceptions, and understandings of the world.
My genuine desire is to help support you in reaching your overall wellness goals, to feel less pain and more free in you being, and to find even more alignment as a whole, (mind, body, and soul) as you move through your journey of life.
My office is located in beautiful Dana Point, right off PCH, on the second floor right next to I Heart Yoga Studio and what used to be Peaceful Warriors Jiujitsu and Fitness!
