Kaitlin is a licensed massage therapist with over 10 years of experience and a strong clinical background working in a chiropractic setting. Through the Modern Method approach, she specializes in therapeutic, results-driven massage designed to relieve pain, restore movement, and support overall wellness.
Her method blends clinical precision with deep relaxation, creating sessions that are both effective and restorative. Each session is customized to meet the unique needs of the client, with training in prenatal massage, lymphatic drainage, and craniosacral therapy.
Inspired by her own journey overcoming chronic headaches through massage and chiropractic care, Kaitlin believes the body is designed to heal itself. Her goal is to support that process through intentional, therapeutic touch—helping clients feel better, move better, and take time to truly care for themselves.
