* For Couples please add - NOTES TO THE PROVIDER, if you are booking back to back appointments please ADD the second name and email address.
*Choose PAY IN PERSON.
*An intake form will be sent to you via email. Please have that completed before your appointment.
Payment: Payment can be done via Direct Billing. If there is a balance after direct billing, we send an invoice to you after your massage to pay via credit card.
