Mindful Hands Massage

Gudjon Bergmann is a licensed massage therapist (LMT) and medical massage practitioner (MMP) dedicated to helping his clients relieve tension, pain and discomfort. He addresses common issues such as shoulder, neck, hip, and lower back discomfort, enhances mobility through massage and stretching, and releases difficult-to-reach muscles, including the pectoralis minor, psoas, and subscapularis. Mindful Hands Massage is in San Marcos and proudly serves Hays County, including Kyle, Buda and the surrounding areas in Texas.

Booking Policies

• New and existing clients pay in full at the time of booking.
• Mindful Hands Massage accepts HSA/FSA cards.
• You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
• Please book the appointment in the name of the person receiving the massage.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your session's scheduled start time, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged.
• Refunds are only offered for medical exceptions.
• Tipping is never requested but always appreciated.
• Same-day bookings can be made up to 3 hours before the scheduled time.
