Metta Massage & Therapeutics is a wellness studio devoted to providing holistic heath and wellbeing to the Louisville community. We offer therapeutic and spa massages, as well as Reiki, intuitive therapy, and a range of detox services. Our in-house aromatherapist can also make custom blends specific to your needs and goals. To help our clients infuse massage therapy into their everyday lives, we provide work shops geared toward couples and new parents. Most of our services can be provided in our studio, in your home, at your office or retail space, or at your event venue (including weddings and fundraisers).
Anthony Volpe, LMT worked in emergency medicine for eight years when he realized that a holistic approach to health and well-being is most beneficial for the mind and body. He transitioned to massage therapy in 2014 and founded Metta Massage and Therapeutics in 2017. Anthony specializes in various massage modalities, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Hot Stone Therapy, and Myofascial Release, as well as Sports/Injury and Prenatal massage.
