I have always had a passion for ensuring that people treat themselves with the best care. We ALL deserve it! I found the ability to be a vessel of hands on care through massage therapy. I am a certified orthopedic and sports massage therapist, specializing in pain management and injury prevention. From relaxation to deep tissue work and beyond, I offer custom bodywork sessions, both in office AND in the comfort of your own home. We will "listen" through therapeutic touch to what your body is telling you about what it needs. We will also partner in creating an effective routine with recommended stretches, self-care tips and regular massage sessions in hopes of maintaining the best quality of life for you!
Throwing an event or small gathering? Make it one to remember! I also offer both chair and table massage services for your future spa party/ girls night in/ bridal shower or pop up event!
