I strongly believe in the body, mind, spirit connection and how it affects our total wellness. My approach in practice is to aid in restoring function and mobility in the body, improve posture, and regulate the nervous system. Adding assisted stretching and breathing techniques adds value to the effectiveness of massage treatment.
