In 2018, I graduated from The Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences in New York City, NY with 1,200 + hours of training, I received an associates degree in occupational studies. I'm a licensed massage and bodywork therapist in NC and also licensed in NY. With 8 years of experience. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with chiropractors, physical therapists, and acupuncturists. Within the 8 years I have worked on many clients to help reduce pain due to medical injuries, migraine headaches, arthritis, low back pain, sciatica, SI joint issues, neck pain, frozen shoulder, and TMJ disorder, and holistic medicine as well. I also worked closely with athletes in sports medicine and pre & post workouts. On a regular basis, I take continuing education courses and training to keep up to date on the latest therapeutic modalities. Some specialties include- Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Massage, Dry Cupping Therapy, Chakra Stone Balancing, & Gua Sha.
