The Body Can Heal Itself
I began my career in massage therapy to help people heal. I myself was having issues with pain, specifically in my neck and shoulders, that was very persistent. It wasn't until I began meeting regularly with a massage therapist that I was able to get some relief. From then on I have been inspired to learn all I can about massage and alternative methods to healing the body, setting it free from tension and pain. I specialize in a wide variety of modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, reiki, and neuromuscular therapy. I work with patients in order to facilitate wellness through their body's natural healing mechanisms. Massage is a great way to relieve stress and rid the body of accumulated waste that has set in to the musculoskeletal system. If you are in pain, I want to work with you.
