120 Minutes - The Full Reset: This extended session is ideal if you're looking for more time to settle in, address multiple areas in greater detail or simply prefer a slower pace. While a 90-minute session allows for focused, full body work, the 120-minute option gives even more space to without feeling pressed for time.
