Some people stumble into their career. I’ve always known mine would be about helping people heal. In 2018, I packed my bags for massage school in New Jersey, not realizing that decision would shape nearly a decade of my life. Eight years later, I’ve worked with hundreds of bodies, thousands of knots, and just as many stories — and I still love every single session.
Not long after becoming a massage therapist, I found Reiki, and it felt like I’d unlocked another layer of healing. It’s now a key part of my work, and I’m on the path to becoming a Master Reiki practitioner. I’m also constantly learning — this year, I’ll be adding lymphatic drainage and myofascial release to my skillset so I can serve my clients in even more ways.
For me, massage is more than muscle work. It’s listening — to the body, to the breath, to what’s left unsaid. It’s creating a space where you can let go, reset, and walk out feeling more like yourself than when you walked in. That’s the work I love. That’s why I do it.
