Massage by Mandy @ REM Studios

Welcome to Massage by Mandy, a calm and grounded space located in REM Studios in Lincoln’s Telegraph District where you can slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself.

I’ve been practicing massage therapy since 2009, and I believe every body deserves thoughtful, personalized care. My approach is intuitive and intentional, blending therapeutic techniques with a soothing, relaxing experience tailored to what you need that day.

I specialize in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Glass-Fired Cupping, Prenatal Massage, and Soothing Stone Massage. Whether you’re looking to release built-up tension, ease sore muscles, support your changing body during pregnancy, or simply carve out time to relax, my goal is for you to leave feeling lighter, more balanced, and at ease.

Massage is a chance to pause from the outside world and give your body the care it’s always asking for. I’m grateful to create a space where you can feel comfortable, cared for, and completely yourself.

Come as you are. Take a breath. Let yourself unwind.
