My work is rooted in attentive, intuitive care. With nearly eight years of experience as a massage therapist, I’ve worked with hundreds of clients and a wide range of bodies, needs, and stories. Every session is approached with the same intention: to meet you where you are and support your body in doing what it knows how to do best—restore balance. ❤︎
Alongside massage therapy, Reiki has become an integral part of my practice, adding another layer of nervous system support and deep relaxation. I’m currently continuing my Reiki training and expanding my skill set to include lymphatic drainage and myofascial release, allowing me to offer more targeted and effective care. ❤︎
I believe massage is more than physical work. It’s about listening—to the body, the breath, and the subtle cues that guide healing. My goal is to create a space where you can slow down, let go, and leave feeling more connected, grounded, and at ease. ❤︎
