About Massage by Hand
Philosophy
My goal as a Massage Therapist is to provide a safe and healing environment for those interested in receiving bodywork. You know your body best! Together we can create a care plan to promote relaxation and wellness or target specific areas of pain and discomfort.
Services
Massages are available in 30, 60, 90, and 120 minute sessions. Each session is custom tailored to your specific treatment goals. I use a range of modalities from relaxation based Swedish massage to more clinical applications of trigger point therapy and myofascial release.
