About Me:
I am Ashton Sale, Licensed Massage Therapist and Amherst County native. My love for health and wellness started when I was a teenager and led me to earn a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Radford University. Throughout my 11-year nursing career, I became increasingly interested in the correlation between psychological well-being and overall health. My passion for stress-management and self-care led me to pursue education in massage, and I graduated in September 2025 with a Certificate of Massage Therapy from Sylvain Melloul International Hair Academy. I have a strong desire to help people find peace, self-love, and relaxation through massage therapy. I hope you will find my massage room to be a safe space and that you leave feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.
Outside of massage therapy, I enjoy practicing yoga, dancing, jogging, cooking, gardening, and spending time with my awesome family and friends. My husband, Jacob, and I have three precious children: Bradley, Britton, and Marlana.
