I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Breathwork Facilitator and Reiki Master. I studied at the Healing Arts Center in St. Louis, Missouri and the Power of Breath Institute in Northampton, Massachusetts. I specialize in deep tissue, pain management, injury recovery, and sports massage. I am also VERY skilled at giving a relaxing Swedish massage!
