Luxe BodyWorx is a mobile wellness service founded by Krystall Cross, a certified Assisted Stretch practitioner helping busy professionals, athletes, and everyday movers feel lighter, looser, and more resilient—right where they are. We bring a professional table or mat to your home, office, or gym and guide you through a customized, fully clothed stretch session designed to improve range of motion, reduce tension, and support better movement patterns.
Every visit starts with a brief movement screen and clear goals (hips, low back, shoulders, full-body). Sessions blend proven techniques—like PNF-style stretching, gentle joint mobility, and breath coaching—at a pace that feels safe and effective. You’ll leave with practical at-home mobility tips so results last between sessions.
