A few things to keep in mind when booking an appointment:
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time. If you are a new client you will have 1 form (one time only) to fill out upon arrival. Appointments have been carefully scheduled so, if you're running late, please give the office a call to reschedule. We are strictly by appointment only and look forward to seeing you soon!
