My name is Selah Tucker, a Licensed Massage Therapist who is passionate about therapeutic body work skills in treatment focused techniques and trigger point therapy.
My clients can expect a team-like experience as I aim to create an environment of collaboration between therapist and client. With in-session treatment but also pre and post massage client education regarding the affected muscles and relating topics.
My passion for massage stems from the healing of chronic pain and migraines I dealt with since childhood. The relief I have personally experienced has been transformative in every way. As a very active outdoorswoman and wellness enthusiast I understand the importance of being able to do what you love pain free and I am excited the have a positive impact on your personal health and wellness goals.
